Visas to Uganda are required by citizens of United States of America, European countries and Asia
Entry visas MUST be applied and paid for online https://www.visas.immigration.go.ug/,no visa issuance on arrival, applicants must have valid travel documents not less than 6 months from the date of departure. A single entry visa costs US$ 50, and is valid for three months.
Note: The East African Community Tourist visa allows one to visit Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda within 90 days and costs US$ 100
Reservation / Booking Terms & Conditions
All quotations are net /non-commissionable and inclusive of statutory levies/taxes
A costed itinerary is sent and when agreed upon, bank details are sent to wire 50% of the total budget through an Electronic Transfer of Funds (ETF) to secure bookings;and balance paid on arrival.
Wonders Adventures Uganda shall NOT be liable for any extra services NOT booked through us while on safari.
For payments made in cash, stained US Dollar notes and older than 2009 are not accepted, US$ 1- 2 bills not accepted as well.
Budgets are subject to a fee of US$ 35.00 towards International Bank Telegraphic transfer charges.
Gorilla & Chimpanzee bookings
Permits for Gorillas & Chimpanzee are confirmed upon payment for the same to the Wildlife Agency – the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA), which confirms the permits on first come first serve basis.
Wonder Adventures Uganda Limited Adventures  shall NOT be held responsible if at the time of receipt of payments, the permits will not be available. Note;

a) Gorilla Permits based on current Government Park Tariffs. Park fees are subject to change without prior notice.

b) Gorilla permits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy for safari sector excludes permits policy:

a) To cancel any reservation, Wonder Adventures Uganda Limited must be notified in writing as soon as possible.

b) Notice of cancellation is only effective when it is received in writing.

c) In such case the following cancellation charges will be payable on accommodation and related services:

1. If cancelled 60 days and over – No charges.
2. If cancelled 59 – 36 days and under, 45% cancellation charges will apply.
3. If cancelled 35 – 16 days and under, 75% cancellation charges will apply.
4. If cancelled 15 days and under, 100% cancellation charges will apply.

d) Unused portion of any Safari or Tour is not refundable.

e) The small and up market properties such as , Nile Safari Lodge, Apoka Lodge, Clouds Gorilla Mountain Lodge, Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp, Semuliki lodge,Buhoma Lodge and Ishasha Wilderness Camp and any other as advised at the time of quotation/booking may require a non-refundable deposit to guarantee bookings. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
